Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Note: During high-demand sale periods or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)
We offer fast and reliable shipping across all Emirates.
Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days.
Express Delivery: 1 business day (Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM GST).

3. International Shipping
We are proud to ship our collections worldwide!
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dreamscape is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [Insert Email] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that many couriers (like DHL or Aramex) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical street address and a valid mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package out again.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE.
A small COD Service Fee of AED [Insert Price, e.g., 10] may be applied by the courier for this payment method.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Dreamscape is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the address provided was incorrect. However, if your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a photo, and contact our support team immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
