Return and Refund Policy

At Dreamscape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. Items received after this 14-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all brand tags and labels still attached.

  • Footwear: Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Footwear returned with marks on the soles or damaged shoe boxes may be rejected.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and Lingerie.

  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed).

  • Socks and Hosiery.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [Your Email Address] or message us via WhatsApp at [Your Phone Number] with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package.

  3. Shipping: * Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, Dreamscape will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

    • Change of Mind/Size Issue: If you are returning an item for a different size or because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card) within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid via COD, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit or a Gift Voucher which can be used for future purchases.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures the item you want is still in stock.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
